Billing Coordinator

Duties / Responsibilites

  • Collecting paperwork
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure the accuracy of billing information.
  • Corresponding with carriers, answering the phone, resolving issues, providing payment status
  • Answer incoming calls, provide information, transfer calls and/or take messages
  • Processing carrier invoices.
  • Maintaining and updating records
