Drayage Coordinator

Duties / Responsibilites

  • Responsible for selling/operating drayage accounts for current & new clients
  • Responsible for tracking & scheduling inland portion of import containers
  • Responsible for creating & updating Excel Spreadsheets on each account to stay organized
  • Must be detail-oriented, organized, and have strong phone/email communication skills

Requirements

  • Must be both self-motivated & able to work well as a team member
  • Must have strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office & Excel
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Previous International Shipping experience preferred
