International Ops Rep

Duties / Responsibilites

  • Responsible for maintaining customer relationships
  • Coordinates day-to-day tasks to meet client expectations
  • Review and maintain the client’s database within Excel
  • Responsible for daily execution of transportation needs, including tracking and scheduling shipments and communicating status updates with internal team and clients
  • Manage and resolve daily carrier service issues
  • Provide transport documentation such as bill of lading, warehouse and dock receipt, letter of credit, and proof of delivery to customers
  • Operate as the front line of communication for designated clients
  • Provide top-tier customer service to external and internal clients
  • Coordinate and submit payments for client’s bookings
  • Work internally with TWL’s brokerage and operations support teams
  • Perform additional responsibilities as needed
