Office Administrative Assistant

Duties / Responsibilites

  • Work closely with the Office Manager for weekly onboarding
  • Assist with New Employee Onboarding
  • Set up desks and computers for new hires
  • Inventory Management with PC Equipment and Office Supplies
  • Troubleshoot PC issues, call IT department if needed
  • Assist with Order/Pickup Stock (Walmart/Target)
  • Deliver stock to both Chattanooga offices
  • Assist with coordinating office events and outings
  • Assist with ordering and picking up company lunches
  • Clean office spaces as needed
  • Willing to travel to other offices (including Nashville, Woodstock, Augusta, and Tampa (if needed)

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a relevant role
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
  • Open to open seating work environment
